dragons come in all shapes and sizes, though they always have two certain things about their appearance in common with others: they resemble various reptilians, and their scales are always a certain color. typically, a dragon's human form will have an eye color to match that of their scales, however it's not uncommon to see mis-matched colors between eyes and scales.

pink dragons have the ability to heal themselves and others. in their dragon form they emit a soothing aura.

black .
dragons with black scales are venomous, excreting a toxin that is extremely toxic to all other species and types of dragons. they are immune to all toxins in both forms.

white .
white dragons can manipulate the wind, they can summon soft breezes or extreme gales. these dragons can always fly, whether they have wings or not.

purple.
dragons with scales that are purple in color have the typical ability to breath and manipulate ice. in their dragon form, their body is cold to the touch and can cause frostburns or even freeze others.

spectral .
spectral, or rainbow dragons, have scales that change color depending on the way light reflects against the surface. these dragons can turn invisible while in any form.
