Bijou had been born and raised in one of the most beautiful area's of France. His parents were both faerie's as well. And were quite wealthy and lived in the French Riviera of southern France. The water faerie had one of the most beautiful beaches right in his backyard. Loving to swim and be around the water since he was a child. He picked up swimming very quickly and became rather good at it. When he was young his parents let him compete in swimming competitions. He won and lost a few over the years but the losses only made him want to get better. As he got a little older Bijou loved swimming so much he wanted it was a passion and a hobby rather then a way to gave fame and attention. He loved the water and his abilities with it being a water faerie he really didn't want to be bothered with a training schedule or anything like that. He was very free spirited as a child. One thing he always loved to do was explore around in the grass and trees while in his faerie form since he was so small. Everything seemed bigger and the world seemed more open to him. Even as a child he loved it so much. Call him a hippie or flower child when he was younger but it's what he loved to do.

It all nearly changed one frightful day. It had started off as a beautiful day and Bijou had decided to go out for a little flight around the surrounding area not too far from his house. After about an hour a horrible storm moved in. Before he could get back to his house the wind threw him around like a rag doll. Smashing through things like he was just trash in the wind. When he had finally stopped when nearly breaking his back from getting caught on a slab of pavement in town near the opening to sewer. When he was able to change back to his full sized form is when he was formed on the side of the road from a car passing by. The boy had nearly been killed after that, spending nearly nearly two months in the hospital recovering from broken bones and multiple surgeries. Now having a scar on the left side of his belly from a surgery from internal bleeding. When he was finally able to get out of the hospital Bijou soon became very self conscious about his scar. Stopping him from swimming for quite some time.

As he got to be a teenager even his parents could tell he was depressed. So a year after his accident they decided to take him on a trip to a few different countries. When they went to Russia the water faerie noticed an ice rink while he was there. Seeing the people ice skating Bijou became fascinated by the sport. His parents allowing him to start lessons and it did take him a little while to get used to the balance and movements. After about a year the boy started to get better. With a lot of practice which he put a lot of passion into. Skipping a lot of meals as well as time with his parents and what few friends he had. By time he was fifteen Bijou had entered his first skating competition and won. After that he entered more and more and ended up winning. As he traveled around and trained more Bijou even got a chance to go to the Olympics but at turned down his first offering. But his parents had noticed what all this recognition and fame was doing to their son. He turned into what they were fearing the most. It was going to be head and changing him.

Eventually the water faerie moved out of his parents house when he was seventeen and wanted to find somewhere he could settle down. Take a break from the crazy rut he ended up. From his skating he lost sight of what he loved which was being near the water and not having a care. That gave him the thought to move to Hawaii. He could be around what he loved and instead of skating turn that into something a little different. When he moved to Hawaii Bijou got himself some dance lessons. Having pretty good movement from all of his skating but he came to find out it was pretty different. Taking him about four years to really get any kind of skill. With the money he kept saved from his skating and even his swimming competitions as a kid he bought a huge plot of land and had a huge wellness studio he could open and run. He wanted it to have everything. Swimming, dancing, a giant indoor skating rink. Deciding to throw yoga in since he liked to use that to relax Knowing what he was doing his parents loved his idea and helped support his project. Even if he had turned into a jerk he still thought he should try and help others out but loved he could actually make a living for himself.

Bijou is obsessed with cats big and small. He owns two of his own cats
Loves the snow as well as the water
He calls his scar his beauty mark
Loves himself a little too much
HATES to be out during a thunderstorm due to his accident
