when you lie i cover it up when you hide i cover it up when you cry i cover it up
It was that time of year when you could change majors. When you had a chance to explore other classes! so naturally he was going to go to a few classes today to test some of the courses out. He had one class today so he could easily manage testing a few classes out now couldn't he? His only class today was fashion designing. Which was his major! So naturally he was fully focused and enjoying the lesson, even if there was some strange students peeking in on the classes today. Smiling happily as he listen to the teacher he found himself raising his hand when she asked if anyone knew how the two could be placed together and make it look as if they was one. This was the class he shined in! He was so happy when others would praise him.
After all he has been doing this since he was a small child and his father bought him the finest material so his only son could be happy. By the end of the class he found a heavy blush on his cheeks when he was applauded for his designs. Giggling a bit to himself he just shook his head. No he didn't need to go into a new class all red and happy. People might think he was some weirdo! This class period was Physic right? He might as well slip in there and see if he liked it! After all his father had told him to take as many as he could handle. He wanted his son to make something of himself like he did. Although Law just wasn't something he was interested in so he decided to try and physic a try!
Once the class had begun Kylian made sure to sit right in the back roll so no one would pay him no mind. After all he would stick out like a sore thumb. He wore a long sleeves, button up jacket over a black long sleeve shirt. A Pair of green fitted pants. Black boots that come half the way up his leg and to top it all off a pretty, old, blue and black stripped scarf off. Who would wear something that covered every visible part of your skin, minus your hands? The best part was his long bangs that came all the way down to his nose, making his eyes impossible to see. Sitting back there Kylian didn't even seem like he was focusing on the class, which he was really. He just didn't seem like it.
As the class went on, he would occasionally look up when random people was called on to answer the teacher. Only to look back down at his lap. While the teacher was going on about the lesson he was sitting there sewing something. Smiling a bit when he readjusted his scarf to hid the lower half of his face. He seemed to get so swept up into his work that he didn't even realize that the teacher had dismissed the class a bit early because he had something that came up. Which was bad right? That just proved he wasn't listening that close to the teacher. Just bits and parts, the things he seemed as important. He only looked up when one the students that was leaving pecked on his desk. Looking up to see the girl motioning that he could leave Kylian quickly nodded his head. Going to put the needle and thread away he locked his case once they was put in the right spot. Putting his fabric back in his book bag he was ready to leave. But which class did he want to try next was the question.
Kaito is a flirtatious merfolk shifter that enjoys the company of others. He's a social butterfly and is unafraid to strike up a conversation with some random person. His goal in life is to become a licenced psychiatrist and work to improve people's mental health.
Today was incredibly boring, uneventful, and just plain dull. He prayed for something to happen to at least make his nerves jolt in excitement. He recalled a time during his philosophy class when the fire alarm went off, causing the rest of the class to be cancelled. There probably wasn't enough luck left in his bank account to let that happen for the second time in a week. Kaito sighed to himself, his eyes following the shape of the floor as he shuffled his way to his next class. It was his favourite of them all so of course he felt relieved that there was at least something to boost his mood.
Kaito walked with earbuds in, his bag swaying at his side with each step taken. Normally he was a lot more social than this, smiling to people as they walked by and giving the occasional cutie a wink. Unfortunately with a dull day came an uninteresting Kaito.
He tugged at his beanie while walking into the psych room. His crimson orbs wandered the empty seats, mentally deciding which one to occupy. He was incredibly early to the class so there was only two people currently residing in the room. Kaito fiddled with his earbuds cord before his legs guided him to the seat in the back. Kaito plumped down in the seat, taking out his notebook and pen to jot anything important down. His eyes focused on the door as students began to flow in. Everyone was recognizable, he knew peoples faces by now since he would often observe them from afar. She was cute, he had great hair, he seldom participated in class, she never took notes. They all had some form of uniqueness whenever Kaito would see their faces.
"Huh?" He softly questioned. There was this boy that walked in that was not usually in this class. Kaito remembered, from seeing the unfamiliar face, that today was the day that students could explore the content of varying majors, thus allowing students to attend classes they were not familiar with. This must be one of those occasions. Kaito watched as the boy timidly made his way to the same row that he himself resided in, noticing how the boy sat down on the opposite side. Kaito discreetly observed him, watching the boy fiddle with his bag before yanking out... Sewing material? This was a psych class, not a sewing class. Was this the somewhat exciting thing that Kaito had been expecting? It was quite... Odd.
As the class started, and continued, Kaito would occasionally raise his hand and answer questions. Most of them were quite easy but he always felt obligated to participate since he was paying for it anyways. Every so often his eyes would wander over to the odd-ball sitting opposite to himself, noticing how he swiftly created some sort of material. Kaito wasn't familiar with that form of art so he couldn't really tell what specifically was being worked on. Once the class ended, he noticed how everyone quickly got up and left the class, scurrying along to their next one. Kaito was able to take his time since this was his final class of the day. He slowly stood up and stretched, his one eye peeking to the side. The blue haired boy was cleaning up his material. Kaito found this to be a perfect opportunity. Although the boy did look younger than himself, he did not hesitate to walk over to the boy.
"Oi, what's your name?" Kaito bluntly asked, his hands firmly tucked away in his pockets. His expression was a little stern, confused by what the boy in front of him had been doing all class. Perhaps he could have went about it in a more positive light but Kaito wasn't really having the most exciting day. Upon closer examination, he noticed it was hard to get a good look at the boys eyes, they were covered by messy blue bangs. Regardless of not being able to clearly see his eyes, Kaito couldn't help but notice how cute he looked. Normally, around campus, Kaito was used to seeing guys like himself that were taller and more dominant. But this boy let off a submissive aura, and Kaito quite liked it. "What were you making all class?" Kaito shot another question at the boy. The blue boy looked like he would be flustered very easily, but Kaito thought that this sort of social abruptness would force the boy out of his shell. Maybe he was a social butterfly but just let off a timid vibe. It wouldn't help since Kaito looked like any other burly guy.
